Terms of Service & Guidelines

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and camX Security Solutions concerning your access and use of our surveillance installation portals. Note that our services are exclusively operated within Agra, Uttar Pradesh.

• Agra Territory: We only support onsite surveys, physical cabling, and hardware mounts inside Agra municipal boundaries.
• Legal Agreement: Accessing our online store, configuring with our AI Builder, or requesting repair technicians constitutes your total agreement to these terms.
• Out-of-Agra Requests: For client sites outside Agra (but within a 50km radius), custom transport approval must be obtained in writing from the founder's office.

camX provides comprehensive domestic and commercial security systems setup and maintenance in Agra:

• Surveillance Packages: Pre-configured OEM setups (cameras, DVRs/NVRs, HDD, and cabling) sold and installed at upfront pricing.
• AI Custom Builder: Dynamic planning tools helping you size camera networks, channels, storage, and auxiliary accessories.
• Emergency Diagnostics: Expert dispatch and call-out services for hardware repair, cable joint checks, and software remote setups.

Estimates and financial transactions on our platform are subject to local guidelines:

• Free Surveys: Site surveys within Agra are 100% free of charge. Estimates generated remain active and valid for exactly 15 days.
• Unforeseen Layouts: Final invoices may vary slightly due to hidden conduit challenges, length overrides, or additional physical mounts.
• Prepaid Discounts: Cashless promotions are applied only if payment completes in full prior to the physical installation date.

To keep your safety shield active 365 days a year, we structure service coverage as follows:

• Complimentary AMC: Complete packages come with a 1-year Annual Maintenance Contract covering standard alignment checks and remote aid.
• Manufacturer Warranties: CCTV cameras, hard drives, and recording decks carry standard OEM warranties (1-2 years) which we facilitate.
• Exclusions: Coverage excludes damage from vandalism, power spikes, lightning, water exposure on indoor components, and user tampering.

To complete high-quality installations securely, we require customer cooperation:

• Safe Access: Customers must provide a safe working space, stable ladders (if required), and active AC power during cabling.
• Privacy Compliance: You are solely responsible for ensuring camera angles do not intrude on neighbors' privacy in compliance with local regulations.
• Master Passwords: We urge you to change default admin credentials on all DVRs/NVRs right after setup. We do not store passwords online.

Legal boundaries regarding operational liabilities and dispute resolution:

• Liability Limits: While cameras deter crime, camX is not liable for burglary, data loss, or camera streaming interruptions.
• Term Revisions: We may update these terms to align with local regulations or platform changes. The revision date will update at the top.
• Agra Courts: All disputes, mediation claims, and contract differences are governed by Indian laws and subject to Agra jurisdiction.
